Na estat\u00edstica, esse \u00e9 o fator que mais se destaca, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 \u00fanico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXdHrm71beG3FQi79J55zqvvp4SDvRh4x5fPpI6IVc1A2V7g_zrGWzX9Q2wxiygZsoSa-o79vRhy7t2eXCbLQHG_-eFQZFPuEgnBtWvHJidp1ctP9-_6IrBRUwPCNus9K0o3FQRrJKLlINBN30Yo28FWcrKv?key=Mba5WLApUSHMKMr9cB09wA\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os demais motivos que levaram profissionais a sa\u00edrem dos respectivos CSCs nos \u00faltimos 12 meses est\u00e3o propostas de trabalhos em n\u00edvel hier\u00e1rquico superior com 55%, al\u00e9m disso, a falta de expectativa de crescimento, falta de flexibilidade geogr\u00e1fica, problemas com lideran\u00e7a e quest\u00f5es familiares\/vida pessoal aparecem como motivo para sa\u00edda em 41% dos CSCs analisados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O alto \u00edndice de <em>turnover <\/em>gera diversos impactos negativos para os CSCs. A substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rios implica em gastos significativos com recrutamento, sele\u00e7\u00e3o e treinamento de novos profissionais.
