Esse impulso envolve uma abordagem organizacional voltada para colocar o cliente no centro das opera\u00e7\u00f5es, promovendo a excel\u00eancia no servi\u00e7o prestado atrav\u00e9s do foco no seu atendimento, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz, promo\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cultura organizacional que valorize a qualidade do servi\u00e7o, busca por inova\u00e7\u00e3o, coleta de <em>feedbacks<\/em> e etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, 65% das empresas est\u00e3o direcionando recursos para<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ieg.com.br\/pesquisa\/pesquisa-de-satisfacao\/\">pesquisas de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/strong>, ferramentas fundamentais na coleta de <em>feedback <\/em>e na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o das melhores estrat\u00e9gias empresariais de forma quantitativa e qualitativa, permitindo a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de gargalos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro dado relevante \u00e9 o uso de Chatbots para atendimento, previsto na iniciativa de cerca de metade dos CSCs analisados, destacando o impacto do avan\u00e7o das tecnologias na \u00e1rea de Customer Experience (CX).
